1. ORDERING
Who am I dealing with?
A-TEX Promotion is administering the e-shop, and in close cooperation with Carlsberg we are responsible for developing, sourcing and distributing most of the items you will find on the webshop. As an addition to our assortment you can from spring 2012 also order items from other suppliers. You can see on the individual items who will supply the item. The order confirmation will also state from where the items on your order will be delivered.
How do I place an order?
First step is to choose the brand you are interested in. You can then browse by clicking on the different categories in the left side menu bar, which will show you the items based on segment. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including pictures, cost, etc.
If you want to order an item from the e-shop, click the "Add to basket" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Basket, keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Basket at any time by clicking on the Shopping Basket icon in the bottom of the page.
When you’ve added all the items that you want to the Shopping Basket, take a moment to review them. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item after all, press the remove button next to the item. When you're ready to place an order for everything in your Shopping Basket, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.
Your details from “My pages” will be listed automatically in the order form. If it needs amendment please do so. Otherwise, you can confirm your order and you will receive an acknowledgment on e-mail.
When can I place an order?
There will be 4 delivery dates each year and deadline for ordering will be approximately 3 months before the delivery dates. Both order deadlines and expected delivery dates will be communicated well in advance. This setup has been made to ensure that we can bundle volume across markets thereby securing you the best price possible.
Why can’t I just place my order via phone or e-mail?
It has been decided to only accept orders through the e-shop in order to save resources and minimize risk of errors.
How do I change an order?
Before you have confirmed your order on the e-shop you can change your order in the Shopping Basket. After you have sent your confirmation through the e-shop the order is binding and you will have to contact with the suppliers directly to check the possibility for amendments. You can find contact information on your order confirmation and in the Contact section of the webshop.
How do I cancel an order?
If you have already confirmed an order it is binding and you will have to contact the individual suppliers to check whether it is possible to cancel your order at this stage. You can find contact information on your order confirmation and in the Contact section of the webshop.
2. PRICES
How are the item prices calculated?
The prices in the e-shop are based on a cost+ concept, meaning that all expenses related to the POS setup (incl. social audits, inspections, etc.) should be covered by the item price. Therefore, the item price you see on the e-shop is the ex works price from Denmark.
When will I have to pay for my goods? You will receive an invoice of the goods ordered once the goods are shipped. Payment terms will be current + 62 days giving you enough time to receive the goods before you have to pay for them.
3. DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
When and how will my goods be sent to me?
The goods will be sent approx. 2 months after order deadline and it will take approx. another 6 weeks for the goods to arrive in Europe and depending on destination between 2-6 weeks in Asia. We are cooperating with Prime Cargo who will handle all logistics related issues for us.

4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Can I return an item if I’m not satisfied?
Yes you can if the product is defect. Please see Terms & Conditions for more information on this matter.
